Sir Windham Charles James Carmichael-Anstruther was a Liberal Politician, Member of Parliament for South Lanarkshire between 1874-1880, and a Scottish baronet. Carmichael-Anstruther was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant of Lanarkshire in 1846 and became major of the Lanarkshire County Militia.
He was born in 1825 and died in 1898.
